    Default Toyota Vitz Owners/Fan Club

The purpose of this post is to gauge the interest in forming a Toyota Vitz Owners Club in different cities of Pakistan. As we all know that Vitz has become quite popular in the last year or so. More and more people are buying it or are interested to know more about it. The purpose of the club would be to share technical / operational information regarding the car. As well as help fellow members with different issues regarding the everyday running of the car. There would be regular meets and get together as well as cruises. The criteria to join the club would be to own a Vitz and a desire to help and share information with fellow members. I myself am based in Karachi, so I can take the lead in taking off this project here. Other can do the similar thing in their respective cities. If there is enough interest, a formal charter / by-laws would be issued with club rules and regulation as well as its mission statement. The club would operate under the same rules & conditions as other international car clubs. To take this project off the ground, I believe 10 people in each city would be the minimum requirement. If anyone from Karachi is interested in being a part of this club, please email me at danyal1@hotmail.com. Pakwheelers from other cities can share their email addresses under this post if they are willing to take the lead for their respective cities. I hope to this see become a success someday and a model for other to follow. LETS MAKE IT HAPPEN GUYS!!!

That's it! Here you go. now you have two options. Either make you own CD or go to the person. I recommend that you must try to make your own disk. If it works then it can save money. If it does not work then you can go to above mentioned market. Here is another link:

13000 CC or 1000 CC ? Which package is it? With climate control? Registered?

I do not know it's worth but as I have seen a lot of simple 2006 plain 1000CC vitz being sold in front of me around 10,20000 Rs to 10,50000 Rs. So, lets take this scenario (which I have seen) as an example. If you buy simple 1000CC 2006 vitz in around 10,50000 Rs. You will get HIDs in 5000Rs. Back view cam in 2000Rs. Fog lights in 5000Rs. Alloy rims with new tires in 40,000 Rs. Sports kit in 5000 Rs. It will shoot to total of 1107000. Let's forget the labor charge. I am also not adding DVD navigation system because the japanease ones do not work here well. But if it is added here in Pakistan then you can certainly add at least 25000 Rs.

Now, this model is 2008. So add 50,000Rs for that. This will go to 1157000 Rs. I think this version is worth if it is with in 11,70000 Rs.

But if it is 1300 CC. It is very close to it's worth.

Do check it for body repaints. The repaints kill the price.

I have also heard that there is a rise in prices of vitz in last one month.

Disclaimer: The above calculations are the result of crude observation of market. Let other experts to give opinion for better view of it's market worth.

    best of luck,
    regards,

You can use any of the top brands. Many people prefer Toyota Genuine Engine oil. LiquiMoly is an other major hit in the market. Zic and Caltex Hx7 are also good quality oils. They all have almost same market grades. You can use any of them.

BTW I am using LiquiMoly in my vitz 2006 1300cc.

Try ZIC A+ or ZIC 0w. Both are good and i have been using for quite a while. ZIC A+ is fully synthetic and is 10-30w while ZIC 0w is 100% synthetic and 0-40w and hence it is for newer motors and has longest drain period. Liqui moly are good as well but i haven't tried them yet

You can use this oil guide from LiquiMoly Germany to check best suited oil

Though I have seen many people at pakwheels quoting that their vitz are giving them almost near 17 Km/L but my experience and many of my known contacts clearly give a verdict that vitz 1.0 gives around 12-14 KM/L.

    So I think it's a good mileage.
