hi all.....i have a mini pajero 1995,2007 registered , 660 cc..automatic
cng installed.....
just fedup with it.....pick up is soo shamfull in CNG and ok in Petrol (patrol is not affordable)....
i just started thnking to convert it to manual...... i just need ur advice...
any advice will be a bonus...
do this auto to manual conversion affects its resale....??

A: there wont be any problem at all .. In Karachi it will cost u 24000rs u have to give ur auto transmission to that person .. all the stuffs will be provide with the person u dont have spend any other amount expect that....

yaar heat up ka masla to hay lekin Alhumdillah I managed : )

simple is that : Minis raditor is of Single Nali , put double nali radiator along with Electronic fan : ) ...............

mera masla to isi say hal hua hay .. now at extreme hot weather it goes slighltly above half .. warna during night or shaam remains below half ... !

Latest updates after engine changed to 1100cc 16 value non turbo

- the pick is powerful .. i use 2nd gear with ac on CNG to start the run and it goes quite smooth
- 6kg cng goes around 100km with Ac in City ( around 3.5rs per km )
- differntial needs to be replaced with pajero jr one ... bcuz it runs almost like 660cc no difference except the engine power still going with the same gear ratios i.e.
1st gear 20
2nd gear 40
3rd gear 60
4th gear 80
5th onwards ( but engine sound is there so it means i pulling it which i think should not be there )

Dear, Ali bhai nice to see you converts your mini pajero 600cc engine to 1100cc, are you also changed its rear differential??? What is performance with same 600cc differential? ……I have mini pajero 95/ turbo auto and i am also going to change my mini pajero engine 600cc to 1100cc please advise me thanks.
