@Manner
You got understand something here there is a big difference WHP, bhp or hp. When Hp is mentioned it is usually measured at the crank of the engine meaning nothing is on it, no a/c, no pwersteering, no alternator, no pulley , no flywheel, no clutch, no transmission, no driveshafts, no cv joints, no brake disc, no hubs, no wheels, no tyres and no friction of the ground surface.
so when you do have all the things i mentioned engine is lighter and pistons turning only the crank. where as WHP is hp measured at the wheels with all these above things attached and intact. so the calculated difference between these to units is roughly if not more 20-25%. that means WHp is 20% lesser then HP or BHP.
Lets calculate how much that would be in Hp? 330whp x 1.20 = 396hp
FQ400 is rated 400hp at the crank and it take 3.7sec weighing about 1400kgs
power to weight ratio for each KG= 400/1400 = .285hp/kg
Civic on the other hand weighs about 1000kgs (if not lighter coz usually these civics are stripped to bear metal with 396hp
power to weight ratio = 396/1000 = .396hp/kg
civic is .396hp/kg
FQ400 is .285hp/kg
now you tell me with the wheel spin and all which would be faster the Civic or Evo?
Of course and Evo can be tuned to make more power also, i have done it but currently working on other projects. More into handling these days then power.
