AOA
The car is city 2004.
Yesterday i was with family with 4 persons on board with some luggage. The journey also included a
hilly area, where there were lot of turns. I was driving on petrol. At one turn the car slipped a bit and
i applied brake. As speed was slow due to turn and there was no oncoming vehicle, so thank
God, nothing bad happened. I thought the tire had punctured but all tires were ok. Then before
continuing journey, i pressed brake pedal and it was rock hard, that mean some how brake applied
by car itself (the car has no ABS). and tires jammed and it skid a bit on turn. After minute the brake
pedal got normalized by itself, i continued my journey and slowly covered more than 200KMs.
At point of issue i did touched front rotar with my finger(It has little balloon on it :P) and it was
hot hot.
A month ago tuning/tappet setting was carried out from a renowned mechanic. The car gained pick
and can be felt in 1st,2nd gear and on long route. He also removed that air blockage thing.
Now I have come to conclusion that it might due to high vacuum generated in intake (as tuning was done), the
brake booster slowly applied the brake till the tire jammed.
Am i right/wrong. and any solutions.??
Thanks
