desi tareeka would be use print screen button on ur keyboard and paste in some image editor, crop the area u need, and save it as jpeg

or

or if the documents are not locked/ secured, u can use copy button ( button with camera image ) and select the area u want, or use mouse, right click and drag the mouse over the area u want to copy, making a rectangle box, and select copy.

I have Acrobat professional.
Opened file and Saved as JPG and it converted to 17 different JPG files.
