ah,.. the golden age of rallying.
even will gollop was very skilled,.. he had to be if he was to keep the metro 6R4 in check.
^^ quite true
and more importantly its not a NFS track there is no margin of error here and there were no barriers either
At the end stage looks like he got hit with the hill edge...but suddendly in other image the car was scratchless fine and running perfectly as noth'n happened.......This looks like they changed the car couple of times to make film....over all the skills were X-cellent.
i wish the "tokyo drift" generation would realise that the japanese didn't invent drifting:)
first time i saw a car drift was a lancia stratos in a rally stage,... and i know rally drivers had been doing it before i was born as well.
@Storm
Yappaneez didn't invented drift, they just gave it a sports status!
its quite old vid and have seen it so many times... I believe nowadays Suzuki is ruling the peak!
yup, right now the escudo/XL7 is still the king
One of the best drifting videos around. It's been a while since i first saw it on videotape!. Interesting that @Salarzae mentioned Suzuki ruling the scene right now. I always thought that French cars were the best.
