Brother bahar k temperature se kuch farq nahi parta, har engine ki apni requirement hoti hai. Agar CR6 (NGK) ya U-20 (Denso) recommend kia hai company ne to ap is main CR7 ka plug na use karay to acha hai.

irridium replacement for CR6HSA is CR6HIX

you were doing wrong using CR7HIX in your YBR
thankfully size wise they were exactly same else wrong size
plug can result to serious damage to engine

a bit longer plug can hit piston and destroy piston

Sir plug hieght is same.

For number plate and Engine Mud protection.

It's an air cooled engine. Installing a mud protector pad on the engine itself will prevent proper cooling of engine while accelerating. Not good for engine.

The only difference between CR6 and CR7 is the Heat Insulator size. Dimensions are exactly the same.

Very nice effort.
It looks great.
But vents are biger.
The mud will again go inside.
Put a very thin steel mesh at the back side.

Also note that it's not only the engine being cooled by air, but also the engine oil in the oil sump.

I am well aware and has kept a bike with same guard about 12 years .there are 35 vents in the guard and air is not blocked .The one I kept afore was equipped with an additional air cooler and in that case I did not make vents .

Mud, certainly will not pass beyond the guard yes splashes would . That is OK because simple water wash will remove the dirt quickly .

Looking to buy this bike, but i am somehow resistive because of so much chrome on the muffler and engine side.

I would want Black Matt Muffler plate, aswell as all other plates turned to matt.

are the plates already available ? or do we have to get them wrapped?
