I just bored it from 0 to 1.5 & changed the clutch and clutch sprockets to Qinchi rickshaw's. I wanted to put a bigger piston in it but mechanics were hesitant to do so i had to cope with it, for now.
There is a noticeable power increase in engine & the bike is achieving a lot of speed on very less revs, before i had to pull full throttle in every gear to keep it with traffic but now i feels that even 50% throtel is enough in city.
I will check it on highway after 600Km and will post the GPS top speed and conclusion.
Cost:
Qinchi Clutch box = 950 RS
Qinchi Clutch sprockets = 750 RS
CRLF Piston rings 1.5 = 300 Rs
Seals = 90 RS
+ Oil & some other things
Labour:
Lathe mechanic = 300 RS
Mechanic = 900 RS
Up til now it has done 100km and i checked its top speed.
it easily attained 79km/h , which will be 89 on meter
