A couple of days ago we (colleagues) decided to conduct a casual aftaar party at Saidpur View Point. This point is at Pir Sohawa near Monal. A small trek/ walk slight before Monal leads to this beautiful picnic point that gives spectacular views. We took all our food with us & enjoyed a delicious aftaar there. Made some pics that are coming below.

We (twin city residents) are pretty lucky that we have Margalla Hills adjacent to us. All we require is a couple of hours. Aftaari to vesay bhi kerni hey to why not to enjoy it at some outstanding place.

Lucky people from "twin cities". We from Peshawar have hardly any place to have a quick trip like this. But Pir Sohawa seems logical for us and thats what I am planing for the coming weekend to have a family trip and an iftar party. Looking forward to some respite from the heat-be it for a few hours.

Good to see the area in sunlight. I recently visited the damn-e-Koh and monal in night. It was very different experience.
