Ur brother has a good taste. I am a person who is in both perfumes(europe and Middle east as well as local brands ) and ATTARS but let me tell once u get addicted to Oud u will simply say like me that there is no perfume or other form of fragrance that can match Oud. But I always tell people that in order to become used to or addicted to oud u have to buy a good quality oud (initially Cambodi variant as hindi is slightly harder) and then keep applying it for a week or two daily, only then u will experience its real attraction.
And as I visited Surrati outlet around 2 weeks back, these room freshners were costing 2400 or may be 2900 in Pakistan.
