For 85 lacs (cost plus registration etc) you don't even get a cruise control, and upon asking Honda, they say that cruise is part of the AD SENSING SYSTEM and as this system was not given in hrv so that is why cruise control is not available.
This may certainly put off a lot of people who travel on the motorway frequently.
I haven't driven it on the motorway so I really don't know how it will perform there at 120 speed. Previously my honda city 1.2 cvt used to scream out at 120 speed and it was a problem trying to keep it at that speed.
For all those persons who want to buy city, I would suggest to them to either buy the 1.5 variant (cvt or aspire or manual) or 1.2 manual. The 1.2 manual gives very good mileage in city and on the motorway and it is not underpowered at all. It produces 89 horsepower which is more than my previous 2008 model corolla which produced 84 horsepower, so it would be better in running on the motorway with full capacity.
In my 1.3 corolla I had a hell of a time trying to climb Babusar top from Chilas side. No problems for my brv manual though
