So, we moved to new house in june 2 2017, and i gave the application of moving my ptcl connection to my new house on 26 may 2017, and we moved to new house on 2 june 2017, but after that, 1 and a half month passed and after complaining again again on their helpline and visiting there smartshop they didnt moved the connection and continously gave me false hope. then i went to one of the exchange of the location where my new house is, i sat with one of their business manager and he freezed the connection and said that only one month bill is due which was of june's bill and that was not my fault, i moved to new house on 2 june and paid the may bill as well, ... any way he said that for now the connection is freezed once we place the dps in your area the connection will be moved and u will only have to pay june's bill and i waited again, and then i recieved the next months bill, for which i was shocked. i went back to the same exchanged to talk to that person and he was not there he moved to other exchange, the other representative checked my connection status and he said that its not closed or freez,.... i thought wtf..... the other guy then said you should visit the exchange of the location where your old house was ( in chaklala rawalpindi, new house pwd) ..... so i went to that exchanged and i was told by the bahria exchange member to meet with chakla exhange business manager and i met with him and after some discussion he said to write the application again of closing the connection and adjusting the bill..... he then took the application from me and said me to go to the room next to his and ask the personel to close account and give the router back, and so i gave the router back along with the power adapter (as per their closing of connection requirement), and he closed my account and gave me the closing id...... NOW after another month i am recieving the bill again, which accounts in total to 8000 Rupees......THIS IS MESSED UP.....what can i do more...... i gave the router back, closed the account, still im recieving the bill of now three month for which i havnt used their service at all as i am moved to new house...... their land line was still connected there in the old house i just took the router with me, which i gave them back..... Plz somebody who had previous experience like that,, suggest me what can i do so that i no longer recieve any bill from ptcl.
