Aoa...
I was looking for a quality helmet for myself and went to mecloed rd at Vohra Autos shop... the only shop I know which displays "Some" quality stuff... Last time I went their shop was full of thailand helmets ut this time it was all stuffed with studds... Indian helmet.Prices were 2000Rs onwards mostly... I wanted XL size but they didnt had any, N Large was too tight fit for me...I enquired if other shop owners had studds too but they said they dont have it and people are selling fake chinese studds helmets at high prices...
Can some one guide me which is the best helmet that I can get in 3-4Thousand rs.? Might spend 5 if the product is really outclass... Im looking for a full face helmet, good shape, graphics and paint. + Fully removable and washable liner...I particularly liked Studds - Rhyno helmet but they didnt had it.
Any Help?

Brother Alhamdullillah we are the pioneers of helmet business in Pakistan and Studds pakistan is our trademark but we are not into local helmets anymore just supplying to companies, army and exporting. Due to cheap competition and bad quality we stopped supplying the market. According to my experience you can never get original and safe helmet from this market they are selling crap ! Try to find a pure ABS helmet it might be expensive but I would recommend you only that helmet. We left the market becsuse we never compromised on quality but cheaper price was the competition factor !

What about fiber helmets? The salesman claimed thatfibres are better than ABS plastic ones...
Actually our production is totally of pure fiberglass whereas local and imported helmets available in market are full of impurities some local manufacturers are even mixing sand and pebbles in fiber glass which is dangerous for human life instead of a life saver. ABS is the toughest material available not comparable with fiber. Our export stuff is purely abs plastic
Studds is indian company.. how are u manufacturing it here?
Studds is an international brand and read my post clearly I said studds "Pakistan" is our registered trademark since 2 decades but we are not manufacturing it anymore since some years !
I have bought Studd helmet from rawalpindi for Rs2200.....The built quality is good if we comapre it with chinese or local helmets...
What about availability of good quality helmets in Karachi market ?
Any advice will be highly appreciated.

@muhammadmusa ! When you say "ABS material helmet" ... how expensive are we talking here? What if "Heavy bike standard" helmet is not our target?
A little guidance will be appreciated
Is it exactly the same piece? The one u bought?
Does it have air vents for ventilation in summers
are you sure you need an XL size helmet, what is your head size. A helmet should be very snugly fit against your head and cheeks to be effective. that is when try to you move the helmet while wearing it, it shouldn't move against your skin. rather your skin of your head should move with the helmet. and if you are concerned about air circulation in hot weather, the ducting system is supposed to take care of that.
here's a small instructions booklet that came with my helmet. Generally this applies to other brands as well
Head size is 600mm or 60cm or 24Inches hence i need an XLI wore Large helmet of studds that was 580mm and I did not like its fit... too tight and an epic hair destroyer!
yes only sticker is looking little different, mine one has like "FORD" stripes
yes it has two ventilators on each side, look at the pic, you can see a ventilator on lower portion
usually 58cm is M, 60-16cm is L, but it varies from brand to brand and also depends on style. but if you know what you're doing, than it's fine. And I would compromise my hairstyle for safety of my head, but that's just me. and I don't have much hair left anyway
Cheers
Bought it from Murree Road near Waris Khan....
