i think i need tool set to open the compressor and the nut attached to accumulator, i tried my full force but all in vain (cursing myself what u ve done lately..:P) any idea where it could be found in pakistan?
i ve found an interesting thing that its compressor is pretty much repairable (just like an engine with pistons) long life thing if poured in proper oil.
i decided to service all of the components except accumulator, i assume that i can only drain oil from compressor after opening high low lines attached to the back of compressor, do you know how much of pag-150 to pour in after opening? coz today i rotated comp by hand and its making a bit of metal noise inside of comp now im sure its nearly empty now.
as i opened orifice tube i found that the orifice tube is full of black sludge oil , what does this shows, i assumed that all system needs cleaning.
how do i clean compressor from inside after draining oil from it?
does this means that its one problematic kind of compressor?
i found its clutch wiring connector it's really on very awkward side on compressor.
