If its AC never been worked on, then most probably low on refrigerant charge.

You need to check high and low side pressure with ambient temp as well.

you would have a cabin temperature sensor, its a small 1x1 inch grille on the dashboard which has a sensor in it, there is also an air horn on it that would either be leading to the blower motor intake side or have its own little tiny fan (dont remember right now - the concept is that air is drawn into the grille against the sensor)

roger that, PAG-150 8oz of oil needed to be poured in compressor?
i assume that the line which contains orifice tube is a high pressure line and the line on which there is accumulator is a low pressure line correct me if iam wrong.
high side fittings are not that fat instead that is thin from the fittings on the accumulator for couplers. but ill take high pressure line with me as i already disassembled it, found orifice tube and cleaned it, now condenser needs cleaning.
if i disassemble compressor from engine is it possible i can clean that too from inside?

today i tried alot to open accumulator from its fittings but the nut on it were damn tight with big wrench but my full force wasnt enough for it, i tried oiling but no use. in the end i just prayed that it would be fine.

alot much tools required to open this compressor (ive seen a video but it was in russian) ,and thats why these cars have specific mechanic as they hold tools to do that job and their secret to b in business, of course not everyone can get under their car and work like me.
i think all of the newer GM cars have TXV and filter drier in their ac system, so it ll not help me in finding new accumulator, today i asked a mech about it and he said old can be found but i said old is useless here.

the orifice tube is on the high side - the accumulator is on the low side - in Pakistan low side = suction line and they call the accumulator as suction drier, To remove the nuts on it you need the GM service tool, you will be surprised how easy it is to take it out with the tool.

The system will always maintain a suction pressure of 30 psi, the compressor makes sure of that, this creates an interesting set of problems in diagnostics.

i ve found an interesting thing that its compressor is pretty much repairable (just like an engine with pistons) long life thing if poured in proper oil.
i decided to service all of the components except accumulator, i assume that i can only drain oil from compressor after opening high low lines attached to the back of compressor, do you know how much of pag-150 to pour in after opening? coz today i rotated comp by hand and its making a bit of metal noise inside of comp now im sure its nearly empty now.

as i opened orifice tube i found that the orifice tube is full of black sludge oil , what does this shows, i assumed that all system needs cleaning.
how do i clean compressor from inside after draining oil from it?

does this means that its one problematic kind of compressor?
i found its clutch wiring connector it's really on very awkward side on compressor.

a local mechanic used to call it ye gair kul to jati ha lakin band nai hoti humse...

I think I can test following are specs for Honda fit sensor

There are two sensors to be precise. Cabin temp sensor with humidity sensor below cluster. Second one is evapourator temperature sensor . If I unplug evap temp sensor then compressor won't engage. I did a test on my own. With ac running I placed the evaporation temp sensor ( bulb type not thermister) into ice water. It didn't griped the aC. I doubt that cabin temp sensor is for the use of trip because in normal cars the thermostat is on evaporation Unit. Cabin temp is to control fan speed on auto I guess.

Black sludge is also known as black death. If it is silverish then this shows wear and tear of compressor. If it is only black this means they mineral oil and oil of other type are mixed which causes this

way too much black when i opened it i thought that it's a black color orifice tube but after cleaning it was infact a white color one.
mixing oil is one of the best habits of our thandi hawa walay ac mechanics.
fixing up ac is not that hard job as i initially thought, if someone have tools and follow all precautionary measures then its good to go results in best performance and of course monetary savings.

i went to a ac mech he told me that he uses good quality gas not china wali gas, now i want to ask what is this china wali gas?

@xulfiqar i tested the evaporator temperature sensor. It is on specs. At room temperature i dont know what is it but it shows 7kOhm and when i put it n ice it shows some 30kOhm. Seems legit according to manual

Well i am blank at this. Could not find it in service manual that is why called @xulfiqar for help. It is two wire sensor

After previous top-up of 200g r134a (but I feel I didn't do it till completion since high side coupler kept popping off),
hooked up the gauges today again, filled another 150g freon (was watching the pressures etc all the time).
Also hooked up the new dual thermocouple thermo I bought for DIY keera.
For the first time in eons, I have witnessed condensed water drip out from the AC drain.

The temps are in degC. Ambient today was ~33degC. These readings are at idle (900rpm) not at 1500rpm.

So what does this look like?

I saw that on an online store for 2400. Umm i think it was kaymu.pk and daraz.pk. search it its not that tricky to find. In physical stores as well as online ones
