Q1. From Mansehra to Chillas on Private vehical : Travel Time 9 (+ - 1) Right?
Via KKH, it will take about 15 hours or more if you're driving your own vehicle. Coaster and bus take more time. However if you are travelling via private car (rent), it will take 9 hours as they know how to drive in those areas and know every inch of roads.
Q2. If we travel on KKH from Mansehra to Chillas in night on our own vehical, will it be safe? Any precautions?
Its generally safe but its better to avoid. I have traveled 4+ times on KKH in night (2 times in bus, 2 times in private) never had a problem Alhamdulillah.
Q3. On which place we should park our car and hire a Jeep? Chillas or we should goto astor?
Park at Chilas and board on jeep from there, If you go to Astore then you'll have to go back to Astore for your car when you return from Skardu side.
Q4. Travel Time from Chillas to Astore : 4 Hours (+ - 1) Right?

Q5. Jeep Fare normally? Should we book a jeep for our whole visit ... mean for full plan to deosai, shigar, khaplu, shangrilla and to back? Fair rent for a jeep for daily if we fuel it by ourselves? Suggestions plz.
(in 1 post it is staed that the daily fare will cost 3000 per day and fuel for whole plan like this will cost around 18 to 20 thousands)
It would be better to book the jeep for whole trip including fuel. Per day + fuel doesn't end up economical.
Q.6 Travel/Trekking Time from Astor - to - Rama - to - Rama Lake : ?
Astore to Rama is 1.5 hours and then Rama to Rama Lake is less than an hour. Both places are jeepable.
Q.7 Travel/Trekking Time from Astor - to - Rupal - Trashing : ?
Rama to Astore to Tareshing will consume about 4 hours on jeep. From Tareshing to Rupal village is about 2 hours trek (one side).
Q.8 Travel time from Astor to Chilam Choki - Sheosar Lake - Bara Pani : ?
You will start from Tareshing, no need to come back to Astore. From Tareshing it will take about 2.5 hours till Chillum and then will take about 3.5 hours from Chilum to Bara Pani with about half hour stay at Sheosar Lake.
Q.9 At which point we should stay at night in deosai and what spots we must visit in deosai?
The most suitable place for camping in Deosai is Bara Pani camping site. You can also camp at Sheosar. Be prepared for extreme cold.
Q. 10 Travel Time from Bara Pani to Sakardu : ?
5 hours with a 45 minute stop at Sadpara Lake.

Khaplu to Hushe valley is jeepable. It takes about 3 hours with few stopovers to enjoy free apricots.

Haven't been to Shigar but it will take about 2-3 hours from Shigar road start.
Q. 15 Travel time from Sakardu to Shangrilla : ?
Less than an hour.
