Disassembling

Main Bearing shaft got the play in bearing placement

magnet and magnet plate is in perfect working condition

on 100 piston with a sleeve

clutch was ok but no grantee for sound

Broken 2nd gear and due to this, 1st and 3rd are also weak

waiting for paint removal

paint approx removed

waiting for galvanizing

waiting for detailed wash

disk brake oil reservoir with a faded glass i have a solution for this glass also

Engine Wash
i tried to polish(saan) the engine but failed to get the desired shine so afterwords i gave it to the chrome factory for saan

front drum and disk plate are also shown in this pic as i restore this bike in its all stock conditions
front drum and plate are from Japan and rear drum is from Thaiand

rear drum ( both drum and plate are from scrape market and just like new but full of dust + oil )

I am always there if you need any assistance . your bike is need of many /many spares to be replaced. and please do not give too much shine to the engine covers. and you may know but any excellent GTO project need/depends on Cylinder+Meter+clutch box+crank+front shocks (try to give them original slightly yellowish shade)+ original silencer+ original tanki emblems and stickers+ New head light+ tail lamp and do try 2 find mud guards in original chrome.

Front and rear Shock Absorbers
Front shock shafts are just useless
so i decided to install brand new shafts Made in Thailand
with Brand new Main Springs oil Pump Spring and off course seals
Rear Shocks a just OK
Disassemble for chrome and service
rest of the story is via a pictures

New and Old Spring (There is clear difference in height and tension)

Rear coil spring + Front oil pumps after wash

Just waiting for assembling due to New front Shock Shafts
Rear shocks after chrome

Front Shock Absorber Bottles After a detailed wash (After Saan)

Old Shafts

Everything in line just waiting for new shafts
Front Bottles are after Saan and Clear Coat

Front Shock Absorbers with brand new Shafts
