Bro DYl lube is for 100cc that is why its 0.8l shell giving oil for 70cc which needs only 0.7l

It's alright amjad bro, i found Kixx today. I saw it available in 0.7 litre pack also. While earlier it was available only in 1 litre and 0.8 litre packs. I guess they are getting good response on this oil that's why it is available in all quantities now.
Though i have had good experience with Kixx, but will share detailed review of Kixx after few hundred km with this oil change also.

Right now i have another oil to bash, review coming soon...

API SG, SAE 10W-40, Mineral Based
I was using Kixx as routine oil in my GS150, when Suzuki launched this "Genuine" oil for their bikes.
Usually, i just stick to 20W-50 grade oil. But when i saw this oil, i thought what the hell, should give it a try. It's suzuki recommended after all. (It is supplied to Suzuki by Total)
So got my bike's oil changed with this one.
First thing i noticed that at High RPMs, bike doesn't feel as comfortable as earlier. It felt like bike starts crying at high RPMs and begs for low RPM.
Except that it was working OK. Then after using this oil about 700Km, i started feeling vibrations in 5K-7K RPM range. In the rest of RPM range, it was smooth as before. Out of curiosity, i checked the oil condition and it was totally water. :mad:
Got engine oil changed as soon as i got the chance, engine oil came out splashing like water. I made Suzuki mechanic notice this also, and he admitted that this 10W-40 just doesn't cut it in Pakistani environment.

yaar performance of this oil is very bad but bro this oil does seems genuine
what do you say bro? one can purchase this oil with confident from suzuki dealer that it is genuine
case is totally is different with AHL oils

I think suzuki should introduce oil in these viscoscities 20w40 & 20w50 for their bikes
10w40 simply does not work in pakistani environment as we already know about zic 10w40

I think people now got a reallife example of using thinner grade oils..Oil quality + grading both matter..The local oils are craps and refurbished 1s.FOr Kixx a relative of mine starting having valve problems after 30k on the odo on his 125,,he is a very calm driver and never misses regular tuneups and oil changes,,and the oil he used to pour in was kixx.

It is always good to invest a little more to get premium stuff..Hell i eat daily milk fruits and nut bar of 110(3/4 times a week) so why not invest 150 rs more on a better,safe,premium quality oil.

I have had good experience with Kixx, and it is the only oil i have seen maintaining its viscosity happily even after 1000Km usage, and have once used this oil for upto 2000Km also (guilty ). But still at 2000km, it was no where near like SGO was at 700Km.
I had this same oil in my GS when i covered 800Km in a day. All in all, i don't have anything bad to say about this oil.

I saw your complaint about knocking with Kixx. Today i engaged 5th gear at 40Km/h and tried to notice any unusual knocking but nothing. I never noticed knocking/bad clutch performance with this oil. Also according to the paper specs, this is the best i can find in BWP.
Edit: Just noticed, it was Auto bro who was complaining abut the problems in above paragraph, not you.

Edit 2: Found out Kixx doesn't paly well with the clutch. So no more recommended by me.

Does Not Work In Our Environment At All As We Already
Know What Zic 10w40 Does Quite Similiar Performance Of Both

Glad to know that ur satisfied with it! I also wasn't much impressed by kixx... The thing that I fear most is that kixx is like zic... zic does pull marketing I.e. They give the retailer great amount of profit so they automatically start recomending that product... The way kixx has also quickly found its way in the market even with soooo much competition + it's price makes the whole deal a bit fishy for me... Still it's just a theory.

But do keep an eye on viscosity of ur kixx at 800km do check it if it's doing fine...

I bdw did not purchase from an authorised dealer so maybe my kixx wasn't real? Or my bike was just not happy with its chemical composition? It's good if it is working for u!

Just after purchasing liqui moly, I took my bike to the ex-yamaha star shop/ claim centre for getting it tuned perfectly from the expert staff there....

I Travelled a good 15kms for reaching the service centre only but dang! Where did the service centre go!??? :-o

Upon inquiry I came to know that it has been winded up and they are gone.... No service centre now! But luckily one of the shagirds were there... It was a relief!

He told me that the company is almost going bankrupt! And people are backing up from DYL... The dealers and mechanics are pulling out their money! No charm in operating the ex-yamaha service centre now that's why ustad has winded up business...,

Well he tuned my bike! And woo... Only these guys knew how to tune it! Perfect tuning...! Excellent idling at v.low rpm, perfect cold start, great power and top speed... I couldn't find any other better tuning person than these guys ever! But sadly due to huge traveling involved I get my Bike tuned mostly from near my home and its more like mistuning it... Lol.

Also poured liqui moly in... And after tune as I said it's doing great. Oil review can't be given atm.., initial impression 10% improve in idling bike's sound, but 50-60km/hr range has some noise there, but may be its due to new tappets setting by the mechanic.

Good thing that I also got a brand new front mud guard installed. This time it is genuine
Got it for 620Rs... Where as copy was available at 270 only... But genuine is way way better!

Bike doing good in terms of performance... 70-80 kmhr it has a lot of power than before and I still have a lot to spare... I think I should give Ulysse spedo a re-try some day!

One positive thing about oil is that at full throttle 80-90kmhr the bike's sound is much smoother! V.good with lower vibrations...! At max rpm in high speed, the bike didnt vibrate a lot or sound loud.,,, I was pleased at this!

Still not liking the avg speed 50-60 rough patch... I think it's due to tappets setting and I gotta compromise at this since rest everything is going fine...

well yeah it's price similar to local oils, kinda worries me little too
You know what happened today, i picked up Kixx bottle from the counter and asked shopkeeper about price. He said, 290 rupee. I was shocked and was about to put the bottle back and walk out of the shop right away, then shopkeeper said,"oh, yeh 0.7 litre nahi hai? , one litre pack 400 ka hai"

Will keep an eye on viscosity. and yes i never bought from any authorised dealer.
I usually try to find a shop who has biggest oil collection because only at that shop i can hope to find Kixx in my area. Small shops only have havoline/castrol GTX/Zic etc...

I can confirm this.
The guy at DYL Dealer ship who sold me Junoon, is now the incharge of the "Suzuki Bahawalpur Motorcycles" . This is the first Suzuki "bikes only" showroom in Bahawalpur opened just last year.
When he met me after taking the charge of suzuki showroom, he was trying to convince me to sell out Junoon and buy a GS from them. Coincidentally, i was planning the get GS in very same days. But due to some reasons, i had to buy it from pindi, when he saw me with GS and came to know i didn't buy from him, he got angry.
Now whenever i go to their showroom for bike tuning, he reminds me that i didn't buy it from him.

API in simple word an company which gives certificates of quality to engine oil
so always look for this API label oil but some manufactures recommends JASO
But most motorcycle manufactures in pakistan as the big one
AHl recommends to use engine Oil with API SG,SF,SE or higher grade
you should look your bike manual for the details about your bike

Viscosity of oil is shown in the SAE numbers
most oils nowadays available in market are multigrade
first number which is followed by W (winter) shows the oil viscosity at low temp:
lower this number thinner the oil be at lower temp:
2nd number shows the viscosity of oil at high temp 100c: higher the number thicker the oil
20w40 oil will remain less thick at 100c as compare to 20w50
my bike manual says 20w40 is good all rounder for pakistani conditions
but depending on the temp user can choose which oil suits engine more

Smooth at low and high speed, the mid range isn't that good... No excessive heat up noted

650 for liqui moly 1ltr and 400 for kixx, liqui moly is better for new gs150..

btw, best free speed checking app for ios?
My CG-125 shows 98 on meter, but app shows 94.1, and when meter is 102, it shows 98. So something fishy is going on, maybe the app is not right=?
