kindly read post no #137 this post is related to that post
So today morning went for checking fuel average results are completely different
first of all let me share results than talk later
1st test = Speed maintained 60km/h and no soft slow acceleration medium acceleration got 45km/lt
2nd test = Speed full throttle hard accelerations drag shifts speed varied but most of time 70 & 70+km/h got 42km/lt
applied my same method that i have been using when patrol finishes i fill one liter
from bottle and note readings road was pretty clean but hindrances comes in road
but overall speeds that i have told almost 90% were maintained as road was clean
so test was conducted very nicely
Now lets talk about results well after what i felt & told you in post #137 i was hoping to get higher results
but having said that i knew it drinks alot of patrol when driven at higher speeds 60km/h is not economy speed
of CD70 from experience with CD70 i knew drinks alot patrol when driven at higher speeds i never checked
its fuel average on highways but used to feel that i have checked it average in city once which i had shared
in this thread those results were not best too infact they are almost equal to pridor 100
Todays results are definitely disappointing even though bikes fuel mixture is changed from stock settings
mechanic had changed air mixture settings stock settings were more rich means more fuel consumption
i have not changed the settings as bikes runs very fine these settings i have no problem with top speeds
or running of bike
Talking about what surprising fuel average that i told you in post #137 it definitely seems bike reserves more patrol
compare to what have been told in user manual 1.25lt specially from todays test it seems impossible to do 100km with just
1.25liters of patrol or it could be as my bike is having after market tanks fuel kaak was completely removed and installed
back thus quantity of reserve patrol is changed or disturbed bikes saves more patrol in reserve mode this also could be one
possibility or Ahl lies about quantity of patrol in reserve mode
After todays test i am thinking of trying reserve to reserve method test to confirm one more time patrol average of cd70
i have been using my method in pridor it worked really fine i fill one liter patrol from bottle when patrol finishes but many
fellows here at pakwheels use reserve to reserve method inshAllah will try that method too
in the last i am little surprised on todays results bikes fuel average at 60km/h got 45km/lt bike was accelerated medium
but in 2nd test when i drove the bike very fast full throttle & drag shifts still it gave 42km/lt difference is very little
although both average are very low considering atlas honda CD70 which is promoted as very fuel efficient bike
Few pictures that i took
this is during first test morning filled one liter patrol when bikes patrol finished

this is when again patrol finished
