according to my infomation car is heated in heating chamber to a certain temperature before paint is applied and heated again after application. Real baked paint is done in factory where car is not assembled and there are no plastic or rubber parts. If after market bakers heat car to same level, it will damage seals and other plastic parts, therefore, they heat only to a reasonable temperature in order to avoid any damages. But due to this lowered heat, its not really a baked paint (try baking cookies at half or one-thrid temperature) !!!!
I received this information from Atif Motors, Pico rd where I went to get a estimate for my car's denting/painting job.
Please correct me if wrong
