2 new variants of SWIFT coming up

True.... I am surprised that how people say anything without knowledge & the rumour is a sooper dooper hit... Liana was flopped due to some other reasons but as far as it's engine is concerned, It is one of the best engines designed by Suzuki..... Just ask any educated mechanic & he will tell you the true worth of M13a engine..... If properly maintained, it even lasts 250K-300K km without any overhaul which is legendary for a Patrol engine & has best fuel consumption as compared to its competitors like the corolla xli engine.

I think you don't know anything about stats and market dynamics. Just check the PW web site for for sale swifts and compare that with corolla and city and you will surprised to see the number of cars for sale city, and corolla of 2010-2011 and just compare the numbers with swift. I amazed to see how people develop prejudices without looking and analyzing at facts and figures.

For you i have done the search for used cars on sale on PW(2010-2011) and here are the results(for sale in last 2 weeks):

Swift 17 (Total without time restriction 67)
City 55 (Total Total without time restriction 159)
Corolla 119 (Total without time restriction 438)

Just do another thing go to any 2nd hand car sales shop anywhere and you will not find almost any swift on sale despite the fact that so far almost 8700 swifts have been sold in pakistan.

the ony thing that i hate too about swift is its millage,regarding a 1.3L its v thirsty i dunno why but liana had the same m13 but it ws v econo,i dunno wht suzuki ppl ev done to the head of m13 in swift.....it should be revised keeping in view the problem of economy.

I think you don't have any personal experience, just listened from someone else. It has good average, i have used it for 45000 Kms now and not faced even a single issue.Same engine used worldover so no issues at all. Regarding average, i get 12-14 in city and 14-17 on highway, never got anything below 12, so is this a bad average ?

I think swift has vvt1.2litre around the world the k series

I heard that two new colors are offered by P.S. in Swift that is Smoke Grey and Navy Blue color.

Please confirm as i have seen two cars yesterday having these colors. Their website is not update i believe.

The two colors are also available in cultus as well so my information is correct regarding two new colors.

one is the Smoke Grey and second one is pearl blue color.

yes its smoke green. I think the pearl blue color will look really good in swift and smoke green will look good cultus(with old lights and front grill)

I dont know how these rumors are made...

Anyways no sunroof ( Wht are ppl even Thinking :S )....and abt the automatic version the paksuzukis management team did work on bringing the auto version but in the end decided not to as the price of the car would increase by a min of 125 000 pkr.....and that wudnt sell in the market as ppl wud go and buy the new city....and work is still going on for the CNG version but nothing has been finalised abt it either

As per my knowledge an automatic variant will soon be launched but first a CNG DX version would be launched after that they will launch an automatic version but yes no sunroof.

If IF Swifts in auto tranny would cost 125k extra, Then how was Suzuki providing the eminent version (that was having a 1600cc+auto tranny) for only 70k more then the rxi variant?

I realy doubt thats the truth, Even Honda/Toyota are offering auto trany variants for extra 90k.

CNG Swift? Huh, Whats so biggie about it? The m13a Jimny (imported) and Liana (Pakistani) are already running on CNG, Whats so special about Swifts CNG?, They are just waiting for the time to keep the people interested and keep offering something every once in a while.
