They are a bolt on fit - @spectra you are forgetting that we used original N16 axles and so the hubbs are subsequently a bolt on fit, they are sitting quiet at the moment under the wheels fitted - perfectly fine and aligned - just the brake oil needs to be put in and brake needs to be made yet again but I could not update on it because the painters are on the car now and they are soaking the wheels white with their water and ragrai, so its all over and they are not letting anybody do anything now... so no updates except that car is ready to be painted tomorrow InshaAllah.....

It is not with break booster, it is with brake booster

I've upgraded it with the CD20 version one. It is bigger and have a bigger distribution chamber as well.... don't know what its exactly called, that is fixed in front of the booster itself...

For Brake Bleeding......Just Don't Go Desi USTAAD Way.......Do It Properly Else You WILL KILL Half Of Your Pedal And Mas. Cyl/Booster Bleeding Air From System If You Go Their Way..

Reverse Bleeding/Vacuum Bleed/ Or OLD SKOOL Bleed Using Some Bottle With Oil And Air Pipe On Bleeder Dipped Into Oil So No Return Can Do It All Way GOOD....!!

I Doubt Anyone Have That Brake Bleed Pump There.....Maybe You Get Lucky And Someone Have....I Looked For It Here And It Was For 6k NEW like 4 Yrs Ago...CHINA Brand..Not Even Mityvac....... Its Hand Vacuum Pump Which Can Bleed Brakes Nice And TIGHT....!! Its Dirt Cheap IN USA...Even Kids Have That .. What An Irony...

Useless advice considering the skill set of the person. Just let it be, with the booster and rotor setup inplace, it is a recipe for skidding any way.

Here is the procedure, which I follow usually for bleeding the brake, @spectra you can point out any wrongdoings here, it would be my pleasure to correct myself.

1. First you have to monitor brake fluid level at master cylinder during bleeding process.
2. You have to fill reservoir with new brake fluid while making sure it is full at all times while bleeding air out of system, so that air could not be entered through reservoir itself, which is a common overlook while bleeding brakes here in Pakistan, the poor mechanics continue bleeding brakes and no one looks at the reservoir.
3. You have to bleed air in the following order: Right rear brake, left front brake, left rear brake, right front brake
4. You have to connect a transparent vinyl tube to air bleeder valve of the caliper.
5. You will then have to depress brake pedal several times.
6. Then with the brake pedal depressed, open air bleeder valve to release air.
7. After releasing the air, close air bleeder valve and then release brake pedal slowly

This is how, a brake is bleeded in my point of view.

why was the light switch not removed? - the paint looks flat to me.. no hardner yet?

btw for brakes this is how I bleed them

make a bleed bottle (salmans jam etc with hole in the top lid and pipe in the jar or pipe just taped such that its dipped in the jar

get 2 paiti (aam ya keeno ki khaali paiti) place two high

use the rubber/plastic pipe of the jam setup and connect to brake bleeder screw - keep it higher than the hub assembly (prevents air from backing into the system - open brake bleeder nipple

pump brake pedal very slowly for only half stroke (or normal stroke - do not pump to floor unless the master cylinder is brand new)

watch the brake bleeder jar after 5 strokes and keep the master cylinder full. Once you see clean brake fluid at the pipe - you are good on that wheel.

repeat on the rest 3 wheels.

DONE.

Be Careful Selecting Pipe For Bleeder..Should Be A Tight Fit And Grease The Joint After Securing Pipe To Prevent ANy Air Leaks From There..

that switch is history - got new in pocket, so did not bother about that.

you can duplicate the function of the motive bleeder with a garden pesticide sprayer and an old brake reservoir cap.
