Can this block be repaired - g10a

Aslam O Alikum guys

look at this block threads
bushes are installed in encircled threads, and are not torquing properly which is causing gasket to blow

is this repairable? if so which method of repair should be utilized
how much it will cost

engine in question is g10a carby

2nd what is the price of kabli g10a engine block, and price of short block (without parts)

Dear in my opinion this block has already been mishandled by many kharadiyas and now spending more money is not a good idea and risky you better now look for a new engine

Engine head must be resurfaced as well & i'm sure that crank is already down to .20 or may be more.

I think it's time to replace the whole engine.

Most right cylinder was not properly burning due to cam issue. It was jammed. Now it works fine and is not black. This pic was taken around 5 months ago
Now gasket is blown again

Yes this every thing can be possible, find some good kharadia and ask him about metal studs for head screws he will drill new holes and make reverse threads in it and fix metal shrouds with epoxy but its just a jugar which buy you some time to save some money for new Engine Block

Why are u willing to take risk ? Even after spending their no guarantee of long flawless working and cost will be almost the same of buying a new kabli engine

Sharing my personal experience, you can never repair this block no matter what you do. I`d suggest you to go for a complete engine swap and have peace of mind.

Save ur self and get some G15a engine and swap it in cultus

swap of g15a will require some more mods. i have overhauled the head 6 month ago, the day this pic was taken, so i will need to swap only block or repair it. how much block only cost. i have seen people selling g10a complete including tranny for 25k on olx etc but all are sold

Cost would not be same, now a days Cultus Block Assembly is around 15K and these stud work can easily be done within 4K of budget but it is just a temporary solution.

if block is for max 15k, its not bad swapping it.
and I can sell this one for some money I guess, does engine number change if a block is swapped, asking because its my first time of swapping anything and its my first ride

yes it can repaired ..machine work needs accuracy .problem with most of the engineering workshops ...their machines made in pakistan are mostly not accurate

full assembly can be bought for 25k ....yours will be sold for not more then 5k

yes engine number will be changed as its punched on the block of a engine

   last week i worked on my cousin's cultus.whole assembly was replaced for 30k.swapping the engine to g15 would be a nice idea as i have seen shop keepers selling g15s for 30k even

its G16 or G15 ..both need same fittings...G15 has coil and distributor both ..so u can select the non coil variant

Did you fixed current one with metal studs you mentioned earlier?
How long since repair its serving you and how much the job costed. Have you felt any power loss
