Here's the Fender Extender DIY ( trust me guys its the best solution so far)

    So here are steps.

I took this simple Plastic File which is very easily available at any stationary shop.

suzuki gd 110 fan cub -1242331
Designed a very simple fender extender and cut with scissors. Then gave it simple shape by heating it mildly on stove. and then in tap water to cool it down.

suzuki gd 110 fan cub -1242332suzuki gd 110 fan cub -1242333suzuki gd 110 fan cub -1242334

I had to remove my fender from bike (Very easy task just need 12 number wrench which is already included with bike tools)

suzuki gd 110 fan cub -1242335

I don't want to drill in my original fender so I used Depoxy Steel. again I know its not so durable but this was the only solution I could think of.

suzuki gd 110 fan cub -1242336

suzuki gd 110 fan cub -1242338suzuki gd 110 fan cub -1242339

Final Result. I know its not so good solution but I tried it and trust me no more splashes on engine

suzuki gd 110 fan cub -1242340suzuki gd 110 fan cub -1242341

Now I have to think about something about rear wheel splashes. I would appreciate some good input from you all.

I don't think we can install. By the way GD speedometer is perfect why do you want to change? It shows accurate speed as compared to many other bikes speedos.

if i was GD owner i would have attempted replacing stock round light with Raider Headlight
i have no problem with stock round headlight of GD it is good but i really like this Raider Headlight

and Raider meter is an good option for replacement for GD owner
there is no rpm meter in GD but GS meter has rpm meter rmp meter will be useless
GD meter indicates gear shifts so does Raider so best is to replace with Raider meter
else you would loose gear shift indicator too

You not being able to source the side-cover from Lahore is not a surprise: a brother here on Pakwheels visited Suzuki showroom and asked for GD's clutch and accelerator cable; even these common parts were not available Good luck with acquiring the side-cover from Karachi. What was the price they quoted if they get it from Karachi for you?

Agreed. If you look at GD's speedo, you would notice "Suzuki" written in it which is an indicator of originality, hence, quality of the meter. No other bike has manufacturer's name written on its speedo's dial; local vendor's name is written instead. Same goes for local bikes of Suzuki: Raider, Sprinter Eco, etc. They don't have Suzuki written in the speedo because they are sourced from local vendors and not manufactured by Suzuki itself. Summarizing, GD's speedometer is the best. And I agree the right portion of GD's speedo looks like out of proportion and something seems to be missing. It should have had a right dial as well like Raider.

No one pointed it out, but the thread has "Cub" instead of "Club" in the title.

Any idea how to update it? I updated the first post in thread but it only changed that post's title, but not the thread's title.
