Default What are the reasons behind petrol leaking from Breather tube of Carburetor?

Petrol is leaking from my GS150 carb breather hole which causes bad fuel average (only 30 Km/l) i checked float height from two different method
    1: Clear tube method
    2: Ruler
Float height is accurate and bike is not doing missing, hiccups e.t.c ,spark Plug colour is light brown. I clean the carburetor twice and clean every jet and hole thoroughly but when i touch the breather hole my finger become wet due to petrol.Expert members help me.

Is the needle valve sticking? The float and the needle valve have to operate smoothly to function properly in addition to the correct float level.

Is that drain hole clear of sediment? The carburetor needs a thorough cleaning and rebuild, which is an easy job if done right. Do you have access to compressed air?

Get a complete rebuild kit, take the whole thing apart, clean and blow out everything meticulously and re-assemble with new service parts.
