The picture shows "Toyota Super Long Life Coolant" means it has 30% Coolant and 70% pre-mixed water. Right? And its for 1KR-FE engine.
If the engine is 1NR-FE, then it has to be 50% Coolant and 50% premixed water.
So plz choose carefully.

Toyota Super Long Life Coolant (SLLC in short) is pre-mixed, in a ratio of 50/50. If you see the image posted by a member in this topic of the 2 liter capacity, it reads the same "50/50 Pre-mixed Anti-rust Anti-freeze" and as far as I know, the pre-mixed Toyota SLLC (pink colour) only comes in 50/50 concentration, there is no other concentration available in Toyota SLLC so I don't think there is requirement of different ratio for different Toyota engines - otherwise they would be having different types of Toyota SLLC.

Now as far as the interval for changing Toyota SLLC (again, PINK coloured one) is concerned, then according to Toyota Maintenance Guides of Europe region, the first required change mentioned for most of the engines/vehicles is:

First replace at 150,000 km (90,000 miles); after, every 90.000 km (54.000 miles)

While the first required change mentioned for Toyota Long Life Coolant (RED/GREEN coloured) is:

First replace at 60,000 km; then at 90,000 km.
After 60,000 km (36,000 miles) or 36 months, replace every 30,000 km (18,000 miles) or 24 months.

Something interesting in the maintenance manual is the fact that for the Toyota LLC (Red/Green colour), they have mentioned kilometers or 36 months, whichever comes first but for Toyota SLLC (Pink colour), NO DURATION is mentioned which makes me think changing the coolant is only needed if the kilometers are met.

I have inquired prices of Toyota SLLC (again and again, PINK colour) locally here with Ejaz Autos in Rawalpindi Saddar, it is 1950/- Rupees for 4 liters.

I don't know about driving conditions in comparison to Pakistan but for those interested, the countries under Toyota EU region are:

some experts says that coolent has to be change once in year, some says twice in year, company says that do 5~20k before changing it.
Its prices are from 100~1000 rupee/liter.
Just wondering if there is any formula to know that when to change it exactly?

5k or even 20k is way too early for a coolant change.
Good quality coolants can last much longer.

But more important is to know that you car requires coolant with how much mixed percentage of water?
As far as I know, usually there are 4~5 types of coolants whom concentration in water are
~33%
~42%
~48%
~58%

So, firstly its important to know which is required or recommended by your OEM.
Changing coolant after 200K seems pretty long time. Normally its 2~3 years or upto 100K.

some heavy duty coolants used in diesel engines are good for 1 million kms. Some engines take coolant filters and those come precharged with the required add pack for replenishing the depleted coolant.

passenger vehicles take some pretty nice coolants now, follow the specified interval, it will also save you a lot of money. Most coolants are good for 100,000 kms as fresh charge - that is about 5 years in normal use. Far better than the old technology which was a yearly ordeal.

The Honda Type 2 Blue collant is not available here so they sell the red and white bottle Type 1 coolant which is green in colour.

80,000 km or 3 years life in cars older than 5 years.

Read the manual to find that it needs how much mixing of coolant?. Only 4 types are usually required as I mentioned in some previous posts. (33%, 39%, 46% & 52%). Knowing this is important.
After knowing the exact %, just find the similar coolant from market, buy it and pour. It doesn't matter either its Toyota's, LM, Honda, kixx's or some other company's. the life of the coolant will be mention in the manual too.

I use caltex coolants they, i change at 30k km or 6 months max. Caltex and Zic has best coolants. Expensive but very useful.

ZIC is the best in range i tried LM nasa Guard only coolant which is dureable is Zic
i used 3 bottles and no water in my car and its more then 6 months and still i added small portion to it as i had to do some work in car had to turn on the heater

sir mostly this technolgy is used in trucks volvos and DAfs also semis

or better get only manual from honda and read by ourself. because their mechanics and engineers always recommend something weird.

Can i use battery tonic to dilute caltex extended life coolant ?
