Glad to hear that you did not mess with the throttle body. Believe me, if you had the body washed, you would be crying now. Not only would your old problem still be there but you would be faced with a new one:(
Your car is a 2006. I am assuming that it may be having about 100,000Km on it. Since you are asking where to get a tune up done, I am assuming that you are not accustomed to taking the car to the dealer for work and (probably) have not followed the regular maintenance that is stipulated in the service booklet. If that is the case, your best bet is to go to Classic Honda in I-10 or Honda Centre in Rawalpindi and have a full service done there which will include Fuel filter change - (I think that includes the pump too)/plugs/certainly oil+filter change/Transmission oil change/brake service (which may include replacement of pad and discs if they are worn beyond acceptable limit but probably not the discs/air filter replacement if required/belt(s) if required/timing belt maybe/certainly coolant replacement/certainly brake oil replacement/and maybe other work depending on the condition of your car. Be prepared to spend a hefty amount (20k plus). If the car is regularly serviced at the dealer all this work is done over the life of the car and the cost is spread over the years and doesn't pinch. During this work, since you have not mentioned what the problem was initially that made you start this thread other problems may appear (including the tappet adjustment).
Islamabad Honda Classic: Plot 179, I 10/3, Industrial Area, Islamabad (051) 4438801-5 (051) 4436446

On the other hand if you are one of those people who are happy with putting petrol in the tank, turning the key, get satisfied that the car is moving then any random ustaad will do the work you need getting done.
