Your clutch plate will glaze and wear out along with the pressure plate if your clutch does not fully release or you keep your foot on it lightly while driving. Its is not recommended practice at all.
The engine mounts need to be in very good shape of you might have missed gear changes or the gear selector straining the select forks inside the gearbox, because when you let go of the clutch the whole engine rocks opposite to its rotation to move the car. The mounts keep it in one place.
Lastly - you should not be having such short engine life, It must be
1) bad overhaul
2) bad oils and running too cold all the time
3) choked or bad PCV causing acidic gases to make the oil into sludge killing your engine.
Mehran is a very very simple car to work on, find a competent mechanic to change/overhaul the engine and make it work properly - its Tstat should be in place, PCV should be working, no leaks etc. replace gear oil every 2 years etc. Tune-up or lubricate distributor every 4 months to keep it in top shape.
