@Zeeshan6
offcourse 8th. its better in almost all aspects, and that is why it is more expensive.
They dont change the model just for shape, they improve it aswell. its a FACT. as simple as that.
baqi saab angoor kahtae wali batien hain. If someone has an extra 2 million on hand and wants to buy a NEW car, he would for sure buy 8th gen civic not an old one. i,e if he wants to buy Civic.
Sir
Usually it works like you said, but that is not the case here.
Just drive both the cars for 100kms, in a busy traffic jam, on Karachi city's broken B roads and on an intercity highway, with family and luggage.
If someone has to put a lot of luggage and he finds out that his near 2 million car has less luggage space then his 5 years old car which he bought for half the price.
If the office is 25 km one way with traffic jams in both morning and evening, with nearly a 90 minutes route and one has to fill the tank weakly.
If someone has to install an aftermarket ICE and he will be looking for panels and spacers all over the market or dealership.
Also, if side mirrors are stolen or some biker hit on headlights/tail lights, scratch front/rear bumpers and one will go for replacement and get an estimate of nearly 40K from dealership.
And finally if someone finds out one sunny morning that the engine mounts have failed and this is the 4th month after end of 2 yrs warranty, the repair bill is 28K Rs.
At the time of tax, tracker and insurance/takaful payments.
I am sure you will rephrase your statement.
Even today, if Honda Atlas starts to manufacture 7th gen Civic for 300K less, no one will buy the new Civic or City.
