Here is a response I got from Indus and my response to them.
Dear Mr. Warsi,
Thank you for getting back to me. By the way, I am Zubair. I just want to tell you that it is not about me. It is about hundreds of dis-satisfied customers of Indus motors. This petition is not to solve my problems but to help Indus improve it's operations and quality. If Indus fixes issues outlined in this petition that will be beneficial to Indus and people in general. I request to you to please look into these issues and address genuine concerns of your customers. We love Toyota and love to keep buying it but please provide a better built product that is safe and according to international standards. I am sure many people who signed this application will get in touch with you with their concerns.
Thanks for taking your time and responding to this petition. This shown Indus is sincere in addressing customer concerns.
