8th Gen Civics Photoshoot

Today we had a small 8th gen civics photoshoot. The credit of this effort goes to stj174 who took some awesome pics using a P&S and spent 1+ hour taking over 50 pics. Here I am only uploading some of them. InshAllah in future we will try capturing better pics using DSLR in a better location.

Another member, aeromerix, is planning a 8th gen GTG so hopefully we will have more 8th gen civics in future to caputre.

wow nice pictures bro. i hope this meet thingy get better and better as the time passes by. and have u ever thought of lowering ur ride? and the trunck spoiler on the other 1 is looking really gud i must say. waitin for more pics

Ok I need to upload 2 more pics but I dont know why its saying upload failed. I tried a couple of times...

Anyways illdude the tires on my civic are Eurostar. Yep I know I need to change them

It was our first attempt at a photoshoot, was completely unplanned and we were using a Point & shoot. stj174 did an awesome job capturing some excellent pics using a P&S which I never thought was possible. We also tried our best to capture reflections of the cars

yep after looking at my car pics, I definitely need lowering. Will do it as soon as I find some branded lowering springs! Yep i am also in love with the first pic...that why uploaded it first

bro i think maxspeed lowerings are easily available in market and they cost abt 7-8k new. u can search for used lowerings aswell which u can get for arnd half the price. just get some nice tyres with atleast 205mm width and lower ur ride if it's not a daily use car, im sure u will love the looks then and most importantly the drive wud be gr8 with lowerings. i did installed maxspeed for sometime on my 8th gen. and man i really enjoyed driving on smooth roads, i mean 100km/hr tou pata hi nai chalta tha at high speed turns.

but it wud be better if u get semi low profile tyres as high profile tyres main woh baat nai ati.

hmm yar I wont go for 17" because ride is already quite hard. Lets see what happens. If my financial health improves will probably get 16" and lower the car

Lowering springs... hmm member here @a1ms got that done with proper dampers and it costed him an arm and a leg, its very expensive. though worth it imo.
I would only suggest to lower it if your getting 17inchers otherwise leave it stock. stock is good too. and maybe 16s with lowering will give you some issues with ground clearance in some places

well i have 205/60/r16 tyres on my car and also installed lowerings aswell for some time and u know what my dad drives this car and trust me he never faced any problem goin to office and coming back in a city like karachi. and if u read my earlier post where i said that lower it if it's not a daily driven car. i used to go from my place in defence to north nazimabad with the lowered ride and there used to be three people sitting in the car and never faced any problem and most importantly it depends on ur driving aswell, if u be carefull then i guess it shudn't give any problem. and roads in lahore are much better than in karachi so i guess u shudn't worry too much.

bro stayaway from 17'' rims. 16 is the best size for 8th gen. civic, thats what i feel.

yar this was just a test session. Proper session inshAllah soon (maybe next week) hoga with a proper DSLR and Ill call you a day before.
