Absolutely correct. The good thing in his behavior was that he was apologizing constantly. I told him not to do such things again. Allhumdulilah all went well afterwards. The ride is ruined. Time to get it fixed. lets hope for the best

Accident details:

I was taking a left turn to exit "Kashmir Highway" at zero point bridge. The person on motorbike was coming from wrong side. Sadly I was turning with speed. I was around 65 Km/h. It was dark. And suddenly I saw him in front. I hit the bike right in middle. The rider came rolling on hood and hit the windscreen. The windscreen broke upon his impact. When car stopped, he rolled back on hood and fell on road. It was around 08:30 PM. I immediately picked him up and dragged him to my car. Another motorbike person came while I was dragging. He helped me in putting him in the car. When I was starting my car to drive him to hospital, an Islamabad Traffic police officer came to site. He immediately took control of motorbike and asked me to hand him over my license. I gave him the license and told him that I am going to PIMS hospital. He called police. I drove to hospital. Doctors attended him well. They did CT Scan, X-rays for ribs and legs and concluded his is perfectly fine. There we no fractures. Even no stitches were applied to him. He was discharged at 11:00 PM night. Allhumdulilah he was saved.

Whatever you did was great...and shows that you are one of those few 'insaans' who are still living in this world. BUT...at 11:10pm you should have made sure that he goes back to the hospital with a 'suujah huwa moun' at least. I hate people who try to save a few rupees and drive on wrong side of roads...unfortunately these days you will find a lot of such maroons on Zero Point Bridge upper nechay har jaagha

Yes TM bro, better late than never! ... I have learn not to race into these loops and exits. Over speeding kills! For me, its enough that he is perfectly fine. Agar usay kuch ho jata to I would have never been able to sleep and secondly accidents main jo bach jata hay wohi phansta hay chahay galti kisi ki bhi ho.

His mistake:
driving wrong way and was without helmet.

My mistake:
I was over speed. I was driving around 65 km/h and was taking turn into exit. The speed limit on this exit loop is 50 km/h.

Sadly his bike became seriously damaged. My ride too lost it's screen, A/C pipe ruptured, Bumper, bonut and fender damaged. Right side head light cracked from behind and fog light was completely lost.

Allhumdulilah we both are perfectly fine. He is just a sales rep at a pharmaceutical company. So I asked him no payments. He also apologized for his mistake. Police visited PIMS hospital. They took statement from both of us and gave us clean chit after we told them that we are satisfied from each other.

What you did was a very good deed. It was good on the behalf of the biker to have accepted his mistake. People usually don't!

Humanity does exist in our country , What u did was indeed great act, if it was someone else, he might have run away and left the poor guy dying on the road in fear of getting caught and police.

ALLHUMDULILLAH ur safe and the biker is safe that what matters most.....the biker was lucky they he bumped into u..if ut was someone else dont what would have happened....yesterday a friend also came into the same situation only in his case it was a wheeler..car did get some serious damage..and his mother was hurt badly due to the front screen..but the biker ran before he could get out..

Thanks to Allah that he gave me such courage at the time Allhumdulilah. Driving? It was a nightmare bro. It was tough to see a thing from broken windscreen. The automatic drive helped me a lot as I often saw through car window by peeping my head out. Almost drove 80% of the time by peeping our from my driving side window.

Alright brothers. The ride is back from denter's shop. Bill is as given below:

painter: 10,000 (Front bumper + Bonut)
Denter: 15200 (Bumper repair + Fender repair + Bonut repair + Front chasis suction)
Windscreen: 12800 (Thailand made, Toyota genuine, New, 10,800 (screen) + 2000 (Fitting))
Headlight: 700 (A little repair from backside)
fog light: 1350 (new fog light)

After including few other small things overall bill is: 42650 Rs.

A/C still not working. In sha Allah will go to A/C tech soon.
