there are two types of pull ups,
one requires your bicep to b strong the other requires your strong shoulders.
The first one is easier to perform, pull yourself upside by holding hanging rod as you hold dumbell or rod in bicep game (palms towards yourself and grip the overhanging rod), it requires your strong biceps.
For second type, you must have v strong shoulders, i mean the side shoulder and the back collar portion..in this game you hold the over hanging rod putting your hands from front and wider from your shoulders width.
yes, this is quite difficult game...just pay attention to your shoulder and bicep game...and keep trying..
