any advice for the fat burners....Hydroxycut?any side effects?
i was 95kg,working out for the last 3months but still loosed 5kg...diet is strictly controlled.
But my friend is 100kg having more fat on thighs and hips, very lil bit fat on chest and arms. And he is running,working out in gym for the last 3.5 months with diet =only salad + green tea.
And he has started to lose weight but his thigh fat is still the same...and he needs help, somebody told him to use HYDROXYCUT:S
Need ur suggestion to lose thigh and hip fat:P
