The sunroof takes a special grease that does not attack rubber or plastic and does not attract dust, The one I use is a tube sold as a volkswagen part no. The best for this job is sold by Mercedes Benz and is not called grease, they call the part as "glide paste" It looks like petroleum jelly. It sells for USD 120/- for 500 grams. With that amount I think my great great grandkids will be using it. It used to be specified for brake job too, You can literally blow off dust from it.
I would suggest that you get some silicone grease and after thoroughly cleaning the old dirt etc from it, apply a very very thin film of it in the silde rails - use a trimmed acid brush for this purpose, not your finger.
Dont apply generic grease to the sunroof mechanism.
For door hinges - dont use any oil, they are lubed for life in your car, Do not put grease in the locks as they have nylon parts in them which will swell and bind with grease, if you want to apply something then get some real bees wax or fresh candle wax, melt into stick shape and rub some on the door catch.
