The forest near Behari banglow were very dense...so dense that one can not see through..sky high trees..wild horses...and Manoor is still a virgin valley..very few tourists came here due very limited resources available.only one rest house..no electricity..no mobile signals...even to get 4 horses on rent from the behari banglow for next days ride was hectic..people of manoor gali are not friendly..very rude...due to very little tourasim people are poor & not at hostile...

Dear All
Thanks for your comments.Sorry was unable to upload more pics due to DSL problems,
So now its resolved..After Spending a night @ Behari Banglow rest house we managed to hire 4 horses for next days' destination that was Manoor Top also known as DHEER top in local language.Its very parell to Ansoo Lake at a hight of 13,300FT.It was a ride of life time....beautiful terrain, snow cowered mountains, riding a horse in a virgin valley...I cant explain in words..Pics will speak themselves...:*
Laghari Sahib was looking for mobile signals every where..but we lied that once we will reach the manoor top..there will be signals..so he didnt turn his horse
It was a long, tough horse ride...half way down there was a long & big glacier..It took us 1 hour to cross it..it was freezing for an hour...
excellent...beautiful pics and lovely place
On Top of Manoor Gali....Parellal to Ansoo Lake....As we were there in early season it was snow at Dheer or Manoor Top..Otherwise now a days it must be luch green....From there onwards it took anoth 1.5 hours for Ansoo Lake & one can go futher to Saif Ul Malook Lake....We didnt go beyong this point due to heavy sonw.More over we had to reach back from Manor valley side as our vehical & lugage all was there at Behari Banglow & Mahandri...So we had our luch at manoor top..Take snaps ..spend an hour or so..and went back to Behari Banglow same way down..
Lovely trip ! excellent pictures
Nice Horse :
It was freezing at Manoor Top..Thanks to Shoaib guide as I borrowed his Jacket from Naran for this adventure as was not expecting that much snow on the top.. [img]

Top was very beautiful..But hard to reach..Horse riding was back breaking..freezing cold...And going down hill was even more difficlut & dangerous..more over i was feeling extreme pain in my injured foot due to cold weather & horse riding make it worst..I didnt showed my pain to my fellows so the entire programe & happiness will be waisted..so I bare the pain..No pain..no gain After spending some time we decided to go back...
woow wht a view....nice trip...
the decend from Manoor Top
fahad bhai how much time does any body requires to reach ansoo lake from manoor top??what type of trek is ahead from manoor galli to ansoo lake??can a person reach ansoo lake from manoor top on his own foot??
@Over Speed
Thanks for the comment.....More pics are coming..Stay tuneed..
Offroad having rest on way back from top..I was in extreme pain on decend as all my body load was on my feet inside the Rakabs of the saddle...my injured feet (operated few months back)....But u know janbazoon k intikhab..k-2 ka Pakistan..
we stoped 3-4 times on our way down from top...It was a back breaking expedition but the view was worth..More over this place is very often visited by local tourists so we decided to explore it..I hope you all will appreciate my effort to make it even with a broken foot
