Assalam-o-Alaikum
A few days ago; me & my colleagues decided to have a one day trip. So after checking our feasible options we decided to visit Rohtas Fort & Mangla Dam in a day and cover as much we can. We did not took our own cars instead rented a Hi-Roof so what that we all can go in one car and enjoy the journey better.

Planned Route:
Lahore -> Rohtas Fort -> Mangla Dam -> Lahore
Our plan was to pick up everyone from different spots in Lahore and leave Lahore before 7:30 am. But had a late start due to driver. We crossed ravi at 9 : 00 am and reached rohtas fort at 12:35 via GT road. Made 2-3 stops on way to buy Kinnos & pick one of our colleagues.
Left rohtas at 02:45 PM and reached MTR Water Sports Club at 4:40 PM (I will explain what happened in between).
Left MTR WSC at 19:15 PM and reached Lahore back at 11:50 PM (again I will explained what happened).

Hi-roof rent: 13000 ( car rent + petrol + driver + tool taxes + parking ) - 12 seats

Lessons:
Always start early no matter how small your trip is.
Always have something to eat while traveling.
Don?t depend on the driver to know the route.
