Trader Score

Hi,
I have a suggestion for Pakwheels. Is there a possibility to introduce a trader score option for members who buy and sell stuff on Pakwheels? The trader score can be supplemented by buyer reviews by their own customers (similar in concept to pakgamers.com). Here are a few advantages:

We purchase and sell a lot of stuff on pakwheels.com and it would be great to know the trader score for a particular person to understand his/her method of dealing, fairness, delivery times etc. It would be great help for all the buyers.
Having a trader score on Pakwheels would help potential sellers sell their items more quickly and efficiently knowing that they enjoy good history with their past dealings.
Fraudulent and dis-honest dealers can be identified easily by their negative trader score. It would save all buyers a lot of hassle.
Would make pakwheels a safe and reliable and trust-worthy place to buy and sell stuff.

Currently the only way to ensure a safe deal is if you know who you are dealing with or the number of days that the member has spent on pakwheels. The older the member, chances are that he will be reliable.

Its not a commercial trading site.....but I bet a huge traffic on Pakwheels is for trading purposes alone. And since it provides this wonderful service (for free actually) why not improve it by giving credit to those who trade often? Just my two cents (rupees)

but what about counter measures?
such as,
how does the genuine buyer gets identified?
how does only the genuine buyer upscore a sellers?
i mean its not adequate if any user can upscore the other, is it?

and i remebered, like there was this idiotic guy who Epicly Failed on advertising his towing service by operating a thread with dual ids, that was hilarious when he got busted by replying back all of a sudden with the same account for thanking!
