PW notifications problem on Tapatalk

I am using the latest version of Tapatalk 5.2.7.

Testing

In the following days after complaint, I only received two notifications, which were updated correctly in 'You' tab of notifications. Other than that, I did not receive any quote or mention push notification on mobile. Though people quoted and mentioned me.

Two notifications I received were,
One quote notification today an hour ago and the other mention notification at 17 October.

I did not receive push notification of mention or quote on your this post, so the problem is still there.

Looks like the issues have been resolved.

I have received these latest notifications from Pakwheels now (mentions and quotes). I will update the final results in sometime.

Push notifications problem once again.

I tested the push notifications on two different devices and i did not receive any on either of the devices.

I ensured that all apps had their latest versions installed. On Android phone, I tried updated PW forums app. On windows phone, i tried Tapatalk, Tapatalk classic and mTalk.

But, i got push notifications on the same devices with those same apps when i logged in my from friend's PW account. So the problem seems to be related to my account, and un-related to apps or phone itself.

Settings are all okay and push notifications are on and the app is also allowed to run in background.

Please help.

No push notifications received for these quotes and mentions, but i received push notifications of all your messages, on Tapatalk, Tapatalk classic and mTalk on windows phone.
