The suzuki guys never said anything about the alignment being the cause, they looked at the abnormally worn drivers side wheel and then said

" sir pahlay alignment hoi gi to phir dykha jaye ga "

Ill visit the center on the 5th or so and get it aligned and rotate the tyres.

The squeaky brakes are only making noise on that particular side which also has uneven tyre wear, not sure if they are linked somehow or not.
I encountered a problem some while back immediately after changing pads. The car pulled to one side on braking and yes it was noisy. Turned out that one of the inlets to brake caliper had choked and as a result more brake was being applied to one side resulting in the forced pull away from the weak side. Though this issue was immediately resolved next day but i guess if it was unnoticed, this scenario would also have definitely caused one side's tyre to wear out quicker obviously due to more and unbalanced beating it was taking.
So explore this possibility as well as yours might have just started choking

Same here that squeezing sound some times while applying brakes bother me too , I think it proves the standard of local assembled cars with no one to watch.
Along with this I had a crack line on my windshield whithout any thing touching it, Is it due to improper fitting or any other reason?

Screens that crack for nothing touching them happen due to massive temperature variations. An airtight car in summers when creates gases inside expands and puts pressure on the glass resulting it to crack. I too had my Civic 8th Gen screen cracked just like that for no apparant reason.
A screen should not do this in the first place, but slightly improper fitting and degraded quality of glass help such things to happen easily.

Those in vary variable climates learn to keep one window slightly open even when parked, this allows for the equalization of pressure.

Since mine is a 2007 Auto JDM, therefore i am never going to trust Suzuki workshop. I prefer to visit PitStop Cavalry for maintainence.

Some EGR's need programming / learning as well. Unsure whether this car needs it or not.

It depends on quality too alot. I am also living in KSA for more than 18 years you know how hot climate is there parked my car direct under the sun but got no crack due to quality of windshield.
