The engine hits max hp / torque values in between 5200-6k rpm

What gear issue? , elaborate please ,I too have felt some gear issues

Gear gets stuck doesnt move to 1 slot and reverse slot have to leace clutch and press again fully than it becomes normal.. It gets so hard once i thought agar zor lagaya tooot na jaye gear... Pehlah it was normal was soft like malai i dnt know what happened... Even gets stuck in 3 and 4 gear gear doesnt come in neutral have to apply force or repress clutch.. I hope u got my point and other owners can also shed light on the matter

Yar I felt the issue with 1st gear , It was too hard but it was very smooth when you shift it in 3rd and then 1st..
it happened twice only , never after that , told my mechanic he said its all fine,
today i found my 2nd to be a bit hard ,

Maybe due thick oil the gear have gone hard what viscosity oil you are using?

Cleaning egr is peace of cake just four bolts and one grip from ecu needs to open and its out clean it with good carburetors cleaner Put it back hioctane doesn't make a engine performance better it can actually make you car run heavy and in long term it can also kill your car cat converter

Some EGR's need programming / learning as well. Unsure whether this car needs it or not.

Those in vary variable climates learn to keep one window slightly open even when parked, this allows for the equalization of pressure.

It depends on quality too alot. I am also living in KSA for more than 18 years you know how hot climate is there parked my car direct under the sun but got no crack due to quality of windshield.

only PKDM Cars got their screen cracked because of low quality material and skipping the UV protection due to cost cutting. never heard of a JDM car whose screen got cracked due to this reason. KSA car market has a very high standard.

Yes it's true, The quality is very high plus there are authorities who keep monitoring Motor companies. But here in Pak no one cares how is the quality even we buy like we are blind. We are left far behind in automobiles than India and even Bangladesh.

Btw back to the topic, As my car's windshield cracked due to improper fitting so now will it be replaced free of cost by Paksuzuki?

yes its covered in the warranty and will be replaced free of cost as its their fault in the first place.Some members a while back got their windshield changed in warranty.
