no if it is blocked it will not let the water rotate. even causes radiator water to blow out due to pressure. not level! at certain temperature. and one can predict the temperature(incase of digital temperature gauge) not the timing.

That might be the issue here so what happens is that the thermostat is clogged it's not letting the water rotate? but the fan is kicking in due to it's one function
But i see the water running in the radiator. it could be the point before thermostat and the whole cooling system and the water is just going back and forward on the same place? Thoughts?

After changing the radiator the engine is not heating on direct fan it only heats up on auto fan and the fan kicks in after the heat gauge is on a bit above that half.

That's what i am trying to do car is good on direct fan no heat up issues nothing but it is heating up on auto fan and the auto fan does kick in fan is running.

thermostat actually slows the movement doesn't stop water rotating all the way. like there is a little movement but we say that there's no movement as is said to decrease the complicity of understanding. what it does is when a certain temperature reaches it opens up and allow free movement.
fan will kick-in if there is thermostat or not. the main purpose of thermostat is to allow engine to reach at optimum working temperature as soon as possible. if it is clogged engine will get overheated sooner or later.

Okay but isn't thermostat responsible for kicking in of the fan? how it is going to kick in the fan if there is no thermostat? sorry i am a bit confused about this.

fan works on a sensor. sensor sense the temperature of the coolant and makes the fan working when coolant reaches at certain temperature.
Fan working is independent of thermostat valve.

yes sensor is located near thermostat valve. sensor muja sae lagta hai. first get valve checked.

and what about bubbles? and the radiator releasing pressure that's not alot but a bit.

very tiny bubble are nothing to worry about. as you said there's no oil.
bubbles are continuous?

when i open the radiator cap it spills out small amount of water and then the level drops a little bit when i top up the radiator the bubbles are a bit bigger and then tiny small and i see them continousy coming up.

that's usually due to blockage in the system.

If you ask me, I don't believe in Zic. Either go for OEM recommended prediluted coolant i.e., Suzuki in your case or Caltex concentrated antifreeze, the later requires distilled water to be mixed in.
Never put tap water in the system, it will make things worse for you.
