I am having heat up issues on seems like every other cultus ever produced came across, Saw too many posts,solutions but nothing seems to be working in my case.
I bought the car a couple of weeks ago and the 1st issue i came across was the day i drove it to my home i turned on AC and drove the car for 30-40 km's. I heard boiling water (steam) running in to reservoir bottle Gauge was in middle i went to radiator guy the only thing he diagnosed was that the pipes were wrongly attached with reservoir bottle cap he fixed and said you're good to go. The second time this thing happened when i drove the car to Margalla hills at this point the car was having jerk issues at the speed of 100-120 (That issue is still there mechanic said current or fuel pump issue) well the car at the hill top got heat up and stopped that time it seemed like due to fuel pump issue and i filled the radiator and reservoir again and find out that the drain plug was leak i got it changed after that it was reducing water a bit on simple run and a lot on AC i got it checked from mechanic he said the gasket and radiator both need to be replaced.
Another Suzuki specialist after checking for all the symptoms said just go ahead and change the radiator it is clogged and i got it changed with brand new Chinese do naali and got it checked from the same mechanic he said you're good to go.
After this the only thing i saw were the tiny bubbles in the radiator and the gauge was never raised up even a little bit on ac or without ac
Now i got the fan back to auto from direct t valve was never removed just the grip was removed and wires were direct i got them sorted out and the car was back on factory setting but today i was driving on ac and car got heat up again i heard water boiling but gauge was on middle i stopped and make the fan direct again.
Now there are same tiny bubbles and temp gauge is on 25%
Please suggest what to do here? is the T valve not working properly not turning on the required temperature? or the fan speed previously was faster with a relay shall i get it back?
Also please suggest what to do with these tiny bubbles?
