Alhamdulillah, we have successfully completed a 5 Days Annual Family trip to ( Sawat Valley ) Kalam, Mahundand Lake, Nesrullah Lake, Spin Khor Lake, Malamjaba (Swat) from 14 June to 19 June 2014.
I am extremely thankful to all Pakwheelers who have been sharing latest available information and their trips on these forums which helped a lot in planning my trip.
We were total 28 People ( 15 Ladies / Gents & 13 Children, age 04 to 15 year ), Total 06 Families, My families, My Friend Family, My Brother Family & Bother in law Families.
We hired a Coaster of 29 setter from Lahore to Lahore & arrange a Self Cooking all of the way.
Total Expanse:-
Fair Coaster :- 7500 x 5 Days = Pkr 37,500.00
Diesel:- 45,000.00
Toll Tax:- 1800.00
Hotel Rent At Kalam :- 700.00 x 4 Room = 2800 x 3 Days = 8400.00 + 400 Two Meters = 9600.00
Hotel Rent At Malam Jaba:- 700 x 3 Rooms = 2100.00
Jeep Hire For Mahundand Lake & Nasrullah Lake:- 4000 x 2 Jeep (Land Carouser) = 8000.00
Jeep Hire For Spin Khor Lake:- 3500.00 ( 1 Land Carouser with 6 Men?s & 2 Children )
Foods items Purchase from Kalam & Malam jaba:- 9000.00
Food Purchase from Lahore for Self cooking 11,000.00 ( Chicken for B.B.Q & Karhai, Cake Rusk, Cold Drink?s, Eggs, Jam, Rusk, Oil, Masala Jaat )
Total Expanse:- 127,500.00 x 20 Persons = PKS 6,375.00 per persons only?.
