Sir, what are your interests or experience? Or what kind of business you are interested in? 1 million is very less to earn a handsome amount.

If you are interested in a business then, a small or medium medical store or general store is suitable, but first you should have some experience, its not that easy as it looks, and secondly you have to do it by your own.

Or you may go for artificial jewellry and watches business, its also gives very good returns and less fatigue business but again you have to do it by your own.

One more business i forgot to mention is a good b.b.q hotel (kabab parathay wala) or fast food. But again you require experience, you have to do a job somewhere for 1 or 2 years, then you will be able to handle your business. But this food business is the toughest, but with good returns.

If you live near Islamabad, you can join me in developing a fish farm on business partner basis. Its one of the business where growth is slow but a lot more firmer than other business. Otherwise, always prefer to enter food production or food restaurants best businesses in Pakistan.

Regarding restaurant which i thought about too seems a quite complicated because you need to hire chefs who can cost a lot where on fish farm you can start a non-expert and you can soak up knowledge as needed.My budget is 0.5 million so fish farm seems more attractive to me.Which city are you located in?

bro in my opinion i think mobile aceessories is the best business for you its grt and you can include many things in the same business as fotocopy machine nadra bill collection easy paisa and many others bro believe me its the best , its grt business and you can do it by yourself i know every one buy mobile once but they change pouch chargers handfree again and again bro i know its not easy but its not that hard too btw goodluck to u in every aspect may GOD grant you with halal rizq for you and your family sir hotel business is good too but you will always be blackmail by your employees

its better to invest in something of personal interest of an individual. only then you would take proper interest in your work and do it with passion

Buy some engines in clean condition and sell them at reasonable profits. You can increase your money by a 100k within a month.

Sir you may also go for a medium size bakery. Bakery gives good returns, and there are many ready made wholesale bakery item suppliers in karachi, but again its a real fatigue job. Second thing is Stationary shop, in which you may also keep gift items and kids items. One more thing a Shoes shop, shoes business also gives very good returns. But brother remember, do the job or business in which you have interest, ans secondly never go for a partner, try to do it by your own.

For long term investment , you can buy a 5 marla plot in DHA defense valley for 700,000 and wait for 10-15 years then expect price to be around 3-4 million.The thing to note about DHA valley is it has lot of controversy like apparently a dam is being constructed on same land, rest of land is also disputed with only 50% actually in control of DHA but worth the effort because if it actually works you will make good return after 10-15 years(at least).There is actually a worry that DHA will cancel the project all together so this investment can be total waste with original money returned after few years.Long story short it is a controversial and risky investment.

What is the exact location of this dha valley?

Its next to DHA Phase 2 on GT Road Islamabad. Location is ideal but issue is everyone is unsure of whether DHA will actually develop it because it is a joint venture between Bahria,DHA.There is also an ongoing court battle between owners and DHA about the delay but DHA i don't think can be pressured. Buy direct from buyer and you can save a bit of money there.Do your own research before final decision because its a quite risky investment.Try buying at no profit no loss because there is good chance DHA will actually return the total sum of installments paid and cancel the project all together.The prices of plots have gone from negative of original installments paid to profit to back to original price so there is a big question mark on what will happen.

dha valley 5 marla cost is 5 lakh. Don't buy at higher price.Buy at original installments paid by seller without any profit so you are save in case DHA decides to close down the project.What i expect is minimum 15 years wait for this project to develop.
You know "Buy when no one is buying, sell when no one is selling".

I hope other people with expertise on real estate can also give their own ideas or understanding of DHA valley.
