Right but I can avail half day on Saturday. Still I wont be able to catch you as you have plans of submitting MKM and ansoo lake BOTH in these 4 days. I will either go for MKM or Ansoo lake in 3 and half days with regular stops of camping and cooking etc
Ansoo Lake is one day trek. If you leave by Saturday night, you can trek on Sunday and come back and go to work on Monday

MKM is a 3 day task. Some can do it in two days and then there are people who have done it in one day.
So I should plan it on 3 days as I will have newbies with me on this trek. What do you suggest?
You know you can always plan for the longest and during the trek if you feel like it, you can cover more distance and change it.

Planning is iterative process, You change and update the plan depending on capabilities, weather and other factors.
As far I know you have more experience than me in travelling and atleast u done more trek than me again is hesaab se u become senior haha.

I would love to add Minimerg but without Army recommendation u cant enter this area coz its close to Kargil thats why

I heard that any friend or family member can recommend Major or Colonel level otherwise locals are not allowed even I read few thread as well they got permission but from their friend or any relative belongs to army so I don't think they will give permission to anyone ...
