Can I install 100cc bike head cylinder on my 78cc motorcycle because as I know every thing is quite similar to the 100cc bike

just bore the cylinder and install quingi 100cc piston in it. your cylinder is of 78cc, you will not have issue of piston touching the head. although modifying these bikes are just waste of money. doesn't worth it.
yeah and no matter what one can do it will barely goes 100km/h....with a risk of other's life and your's too. better to buy an old 2 stroke.
Because I want to get rid of engine vibration due to high rpm on roads while cruise at 60 kmph....... so that I want to install a bigger headcylinder that may reduces rpm at 60kmph,,,, also reduced vibrations
No I don't want top speed I want to get rid of vibrations at higher rpm.
I don't want top speed although I just want a smooth engine on higher rpm so that I can easily cruise at 60-70 kmph easily
do as i said. it will easily cruise on 60.
