by the way these lights are ususlly not corect and technically they can never indicate accurately

talking about long routes

a 1.0 litre vehicle should do atleast 200+km in one cylinder (say 55L). in summer w/o AC 200km is rarely achieved because of the filling gas temperature, i.e., gas is less filled when its temperature is higher

in winter one cylinder fill should atleast do 200km. because gas is more filled and cold air intake.

I have khyber 95. i have done 230km in one cylinder on gt road (speed 70km to 100km per hour).
Inside islamabad it can go to 180km with daily cold starts.

The point is that cng has to tuned frequently. By tuning i mean gas setting.
whenever you clean the air filter, change it, gets dirty after sometime. even after filling gas you may need to change the setting. depending upon the gas quality.

I remember doing 200 kms on my Daewoo Racer plenty of times while going to Hyderabad and back, sometimes 200 and sometimes 210, 215

dude u r rite my santro plus did about 95km with Ac while travelling on isb-lhr motorway in one point but the next three just gave me 32-37km n my cng got finished at around 132km

If you come across such wonder then check the gauge with cylinder that shows detailed pressure, bcoz once happened with me the indicator was showing one light but finished in the next street and I saw zero on cylinder gauge, then CNG man did some setting to sensor.

ONE REASON for measurement differences is,

Our switches do not measure the Qty/KG of gas, rather measure the Pressure.

That's why we get different pressures from different pumps, even same pumps. It depends
1 - Compression, whether it's compressed already and/or Compressor is on at time of filling. To what extent it's compressed
2 - Temperature of compressed gas
3 - Air mixture used by pumps
4 - Temperature of car cylinder, environment

and with ac, the mileage wud b at least 120..............

Hahaha Impossible Dude get ur cng sensor checked ..... definately ur tank was full but sensor showing wrong readings... i have Honda City 98 Once it shows me 1green light and car was not starting on cng when i uped my bonet gas presure on presure guage was 0.... i got my sensor switch changed now its perfect .........
