Salam everyone!
Bought an X-Turbo a week back. ISB number, maintained from dealership, and in very good condition, few scratches here and there but all good. Right now its with SAC car detailing (KHI) for wax and sealant and interior detailing, will share the pictures afterwards.
Drove from ISB to KHI the very next day and Alhamdulillah, loved every second I spent in the car.
Got 16.5KM/L average from ISB to KHI, could have been better if I was not pushing the pedal.
Anyways, I need your guys help on few things:
Headunit: I need a working Google map, as I depend on this a lot! Is there anyway I can run the google maps there? the factory maps are not valid anymore. I heard about CarLink use as a dongle for Android Auto, but I also heard that it's locked with the current head unit, can someone please share there experience with this? specially turbo headunit as its a bit different than 1.8
Fuel: The previous owner never had fuel other than Hi-Octane, also not very sure if this unit has been de-tuned by Honda or not as I got 2016 and there were knocking issue and remedy was to de-tune, if I put normal fuel and the engine has not been detuned will this cause any issue? How can I know if this unit is not de-tuned?
