It is absurd question..... Even the same model cars with diff maintenance and fuel makes the difference. They are theoretically same if accelerated at full throttle except the low end torque at partial throttle response which is restricted in the new RS tuned cal.

salam, today I called honda gateway lahore for info regarding fuel pump replacement, the person told me to wait till 20th of August, as 500+ stock which came has already been installed and new shipment is prebooked.
do they actually have record of faulty pump with their corresponding vehicles chasis no. ?
on contrary to advertisement by honda on their website all 2018-19 model & manufactured civic,accord,brv can get free replacement!
should I take my car to other dealerships or should I wait,?

Its as per a specific lot of chassis numbers within that year range not all of them

this is steering rack problem. You can get it checked and see if they accept it. You may have to argue with them.

Since it is very minor, you can continue using it .

ok thanks, i took the car to a mechanic he said you need to get its greased again. as per him honda will not change it they will also grease it.
anyone has practical experience of grease. ?

Greasing doesn't really help.My problem came back within additional 1500kms.Drive as long as you can.You may get greasing done as well to stall the issue for sometime at least.However watch the situation if you drive too frequently on highways.If Steering shows tendency to get stuck then I will advise you to get it replaced even if you have to pay from your pocket.Safety is paramount, you would agree??

Guys here is another issue which I am facing especially during lockdown as car is being used scarcely.
After getting the tires washed not by a pressure pipe but ordinary bucket and brush and then parking it in the porch with Parking brake on it has been observed that on releasing the brake after couple of days there is a huge sound like unclamping.The brake pads seem to get temporarily stuck with the drum and gradually return to their specified position on driving the car for a half a furlong.One can here pads scrapping against the drum too for that period.However the initial sound when the brake is released and the car moves is horrendous.Anyone experienced it and what be the solution.The surface is slightly inclined hence not using the parking brake is not an option.Putting in"P" alone is in anycase not recommended even on a level surface.

Its normal specially if the car is on inclined surface....after the wash the discs get a very fine layer of rust which removes through the rubbing of brake pads after applying it few times...so in that period you hear that scrapping sound...when the discs gets shiny again the sound vanishes....

Thank you for your comment.However the unclamping sound just when the parking brake is released and the car begins to move sounds very disturbing especially when people at quite a distance look back to see what has happened to the car.But this does not happen when car is being used regularly or hasn't been stationary for less than 48 hrs.moe or less.I think its the quality of material used for the brake pads which I am sure are made by a local vendor.

Drive the car a bit after wash to remove the rust layer otherwise u will hear that disturbing clamped noise. Even going back & forth in your garage would work as long as u apply brakes a few times

No actually I think this is the first time you're washing a car. You'll observe the same phenomenon on a 5 series even.

Pls guide me for best tyre size. If i compare revs/mile then 205 55r16 seems like a good choice as compared with 215 55r16.

Ground clearance will reduce by 6.4%. better install same size or 215/60/15 or 205/60/16.

Why do you want to reduce tyre size, lower your ride height, increase wheel arch gap, compromise handling and grip and most of all increase your fuel consumption meaning you will have more revs/rotations in the same distance and your engine isn’t intelligent enough to see the distance because all it does is produce wheel rotations

Its basic maths and physics. Less circumference will mean your tyre will rotate more times to cover the same distance. Manufacturer has installed an optimum tyre size which is supposed to work best with the setup it has designed the car on

I faced this same issue today in my turbo 2016, suddenly info meter displayed oil life and error sign of on display. Any suggestions as i am facing minor missing problem in low rpms and unfortunately Honda Gujranwala 3s can’t figure out after cleaning plugs throttle body and coils. Experts please help

It’s jst oil life warning , always come when remaining oil life wud be lower thn 1500

Oil life is just a reminder to change oil.

Get your plugs checked for missing issue.
