Pathetic Quality of Civic X.
This is regarding the car's AC related issue that is quite common for 2016 - 2020 civic models. This has been an issue that Honda has faced globally, and in most countries they have offered extended warranty for this particular issue. For example, in America, they have offered 10 years warranty for any issue related to car's AC. In Pakistan, they are charging customers (after warranty) approx 50,000 k to 75,000 k to fix this issue as they have only extended warranty by 1 year for this issue that has been caused by their incompetence. Has any 1 from this group adopted a course of action which has helped him or her in resolving this issue? Should there be a joint approach in dealing with the quality issues of Honda Pakistan ?
